Michael Bauer has scripted this wonderful little book on adeniums and adenium care. This exotic, beautiful but little-known plant goes by many different names, e.g., dogbane, adenium obesum, adenium arabicum and endless colorful grafts is a gift of the african deserts which is slowly becoming the main stream as more and more people discover it. 

Many of us have bought them thinking they would do well just like our other plants without any inkling about its original habitat and how to make it thrive in our environment.

Michael's book takes you on your adenium journey right from the beginning, i.e., the day the plant comes home. With proper diagrammatic representations and small notes, this book is a delight to read and very easy to understand too and ensures that you care properly for your prized adenium, which you can easily lose if the right advice to care for these delicate plants is ignored.

A clear and concise guide to caring for these exotic plants is what Michael's book is and in my opinion, the only guide available after the adenium master Mark Dimmit's book (which is expensive) makes it a must have.
